Welcome to our troubleshooting guide for in-app purchases with Appsgeyser. This includes Disable Ads, Business Website App Access screen, and VPN Subscriptions.
Issue #1: "App creator needs to set up in-app purchases in Google Play
Console to proceed" message in the app.
Here are some possible solutions:
- Verify your product IDs. Depending on the product:
- For Disable Ads and VPN Subscriptions, follow the instructions from our guides. Product IDs should be entered exactly like stated.
- For Business Website App Access, product ID in your AppsGeyser dashboard
should match the ID you set up in the Google Play Console.
- Ensure your product is activated in the Google Play
Console.
- Check if your app is published and live on Google Play.
Issue #2: "In-app purchases are unavailable. Contact App creator to
proceed" message in the app.
Here are some possible solutions:
- You may not have enough in-app purchases. By default, you have 1 free in-app purchase. This means that after setting up the product, only 1 user can make the purchase. All other users will see the above message. To enable more of your users to purchase, you need to buy one of our in-app purchase packages:
- You purchased additional in-app purchases, but they weren't applied to your app. In this case, please contact our support team. Provide them with a full explanation of the issue, along with the invoice for the purchase.
